Are there any hidden fees for processing or shipping?
What you see is what you get. Processing and shipping are always free! Watch out for other companies who charge for processing or shipping, you'll end up paying more!

Do you automatically renew my subscriptions?
We never automatically renew subscriptions. We only renew your subscription when you place a renewal order.

How long will it take for the first magazine issue to arrive?
The publisher asks that you allow 6-14 weeks for magazine delivery. This is the standard industry lead time and it remains constant regardless of which company the order is placed with. Once your order is processed, it takes one to two weeks for your subscription to be received and scheduled by the publisher. Your subscription is then added to the publisher's next production cycle and shipped via standard mail.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box address?
Yes, we will ship to a P.O. Box address. Please include that with the rest of your information.

Can I place an order for a gift or someone else?
Yes, just place the person’s information in the PayPal "Note" section while you are paying and checking out.

Do you offer international delivery?
At this time, our magazine subscriptions can only be shipped within the 50 United States. We are unable to send magazine subscriptions to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. protectorates, or other destinations outside the U.S.

Do you ship the magazines yourself?
No. We are an independent agent, responsible for obtaining magazine subscription orders and submitting the orders to the publishers. Next, the publisher ships the magazine to you or the desired destination.
